About Girdergrove
Built by people who watched good projects go sideways.
The construction industry has rich data at every level of the project. The problem has never been a shortage of information. The problem is that nobody synthesizes it into an early warning in time.
Our Mission
The connective tissue the project was missing.
Construction schedules have gotten more sophisticated. Project management platforms have gotten more powerful. The data that lives in Procore, in the superintendent's daily log, in the RFI thread, in the look-ahead: all of it is richer than it has ever been.
What hasn't improved is the synthesis layer. The PM who notices that three consecutive daily logs mention concrete crew shortfalls and connects that to a framing delay 3 weeks out. The project exec who sees an RFI sitting 11 days without a response and escalates before the electrical sub falls behind. That synthesis still happens in someone's head, or it doesn't happen at all.
Dana Fitzgerald saw the same pattern across different projects in different markets: the signals were there, the data was there, and the project still went sideways because nobody read it all together at the right time. Girdergrove is the system that reads it all together, every day, and returns early warnings before the decision window closes.
We're a small team, building slowly and carefully alongside the project teams that trust us with their data. Every feature we've shipped was designed with the people who use it on real jobs.
The Team
Small team, deep focus.
Three people who spent years in and around construction project management before writing a line of code.
Dana Fitzgerald
CEO and Co-Founder
Construction PM background, 8 years. Saw the same early-warning problem on projects in Arizona and Nevada before founding Girdergrove in 2024.
Priya Mehta
CTO and Co-Founder
Software background in NLP and document parsing. Previous work on unstructured log analysis for logistics. Joined Girdergrove at founding.
We spent years in and around construction project management before writing a line of code. That background is not incidental to the product. It's why we know which signals actually matter and which are noise.
Meet the full teamWhere We Work
Built in Phoenix, for project teams everywhere.
Phoenix is one of the most active construction markets in the Southwest. We're surrounded by the industry we're building for. Our early access teams are mostly Southwest-based, but the problems we solve don't stop at the state line.
Get Early Access
Bring your next project in as an early access team.
Early access is free. You get full product access; we get real project data and feedback. First slips usually surface within the first week.
