Simple pricing for project teams.

A project is any active construction job you're monitoring with Girdergrove. Projects in planning (no active schedule imports) don't count toward your limit. You can archive completed projects to free up slots at any time. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you map your portfolio to the right tier.

On Team and Studio plans, you can add team seats for your own staff (project managers, superintendents, project executives). Owners receive reports via email and don't need a Girdergrove account. We don't charge for owner report recipients. Sub-specific read-only access is on the roadmap for 2026.

Monthly plans bill on the same date each month via credit card. Annual plans are billed once upfront at the discounted rate. You can switch between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Studio plans can also be invoiced quarterly.

All plans include CSV/Excel upload and PDF schedule parsing. Team and Studio plans add Procore OAuth, Fieldwire daily log sync, and Buildertrend schedule sync. Studio plan adds Primavera P6 XER import, Microsoft Project XML/CSV, and full API access with webhooks. Slack and email delivery are available on all plans.

Girdergrove is currently in early access. Pilot teams get full Team plan features at no cost while we complete development alongside real project data. In exchange, we ask for regular feedback and access to anonymized project patterns that help us improve detection accuracy. There's no billing until we formally launch, which we'll give 60 days notice for.
