How It Works

From schedule import to slip alert in under 5 minutes.

No new workflows for your subs. No new data entry for your super. Girdergrove reads what already exists in your project tools and returns early warnings before the morning stand-up.

The Setup

Five steps from first login to daily early warnings.

  1. Connect your scheduling tool

Link Procore via OAuth in two clicks, or upload your MS Project CSV or Primavera P6 XER file. Buildertrend integration is available on Team and Studio plans. If your team runs on Excel, the CSV upload accepts any standard schedule export format.

  2. Set your project baseline and team structure

Mark the accepted baseline date and configure your critical trades. You can set drift thresholds per trade and per project phase. Girdergrove comes with sensible defaults based on project type (commercial, multi-family, industrial) that you can override.

  3. Girdergrove reads your logs every morning

Once connected, Girdergrove pulls updated schedule data, parses new superintendent daily logs, checks RFI status, and scans your look-ahead for conflicts. This runs automatically before 7am so flags are waiting in the dashboard before stand-up.

  4. Risk flags surface in your dashboard and inbox

New risk flags arrive as Slack messages or email alerts. You configure which events trigger which channels and for which team roles. The in-app dashboard gives a live view across all active projects with severity-ranked risk items. The flag includes the affected task, its drift from baseline, and the downstream trades at risk.

  5. Send the owner pulse report with one click

Every Friday, Girdergrove assembles an exception-based summary: what moved this week, what's at risk, what action was taken. The report is written in plain language for a non-PM audience. One click sends it to the owner via email. No two-hour writing session. No copy-paste from the schedule.
