CEO and Co-Founder
8 years in construction project management before founding Girdergrove. Worked as a project manager on commercial and multi-family builds across Arizona and Nevada. Saw the same early-warning problem repeat on every project regardless of what software the team used. Co-founded Girdergrove in 2024 to build the synthesis layer that was always missing.
Focus: product direction, customer relationships, construction PM expertise
CTO and Co-Founder
Software background in natural language processing and document parsing. Previous work on unstructured log analysis for logistics operations, a domain with similar signal extraction challenges to construction daily logs. Joined Dana at founding to build the parsing and risk detection infrastructure. Leads all engineering.
Focus: NLP parsing, API integrations, system reliability
Head of Customer Success
Onboards new early access teams and makes sure the first project connection actually returns useful signals. Background in construction technology adoption, having spent several years helping GCs implement Procore and Fieldwire. Understands the gap between "software that works" and "software that gets used on the job site."
Focus: onboarding, integration support, early access program
How We Build
That's not a pitch. It's the constraint that keeps the product grounded. Every detection algorithm, every alert format, every report template was designed around how a real project actually runs, not how an engineer imagines it does.
We're not trying to replace the PM or the super. We're trying to make sure the signals they're generating every day don't disappear into a log that nobody reads until it's too late.
We're a small team and we intend to stay small. More people doesn't make the product better. Better understanding of how construction projects actually fail does.
