RFI Aging Tracker
An RFI sitting in review for 11 days is not a documentation problem. It's a schedule problem. Girdergrove tracks every open RFI, calculates how many days it has been pending, and flags those that are approaching the threshold where downstream work will be impacted. You know before the electrical sub calls.
Weather Day Impact Counter
Daily logs contain weather notes. Most teams track them but never synthesize them into schedule impact. Girdergrove extracts weather references from superintendent notes, counts cumulative weather days per trade, and maps them against schedule float. If a crew has no more float to absorb another rain day, you hear about it before the rain starts.
Sub-Schedule Drift Alert
Each trade runs its own micro-schedule. Girdergrove reads planned-vs-actual for each subcontractor and alerts when a trade has fallen behind by more than a configurable threshold. The alert includes the downstream trades that will be affected if the drift is not corrected.
Critical Path Exposure Flag
Not every slip touches the deadline. Girdergrove calculates which drifting tasks are on or near the critical path and surfaces those first. A task that's 3 days behind but has 10 days of float is noise. The same drift on a critical path task is a deadline risk, and you see the difference immediately.
Look-Ahead Conflict Detector
The 14-day look-ahead is where scheduling falls apart most often. Two trades planned in the same space, a delivery not confirmed, a prerequisite task not yet complete. Girdergrove reads your look-ahead schedule and cross-references it against RFI status, material deliveries, and current drift to surface conflicts before the week begins.
